Music can name the unnameable and communicate the unknowable.

- Leonard Bernstein

I have been singing since I could speak, from classical to contemporary to musical theater.  I value music of all genres and styles, what it teaches us about humanity, and how it expresses what cannot be explained with spoken words.  I believe that learning about music should be a fun, engaging, and student centered experience.

I am a classically trained soprano who studied voice with Nan Guptill-Crain at William Paterson University, singing there under the direction of Stephen Bryant, Warren Helms, Paul Chwe MinChul An, Deborah Simpkin King, Carl Bolleia, Lauren Fowler-Calisto, and Christopher Herbert.  I also studied piano there with Elka Kirkpatrick and Soyeon Park.

The Trees on the Mountain (Carlisle Floyd) - WPU 2017

I have sung professionally as both a soloist and a soprano section leader for multiple churches in northern New Jersey, including Immaculate Conception Church in Mahwah, Trinity Episcopal Church in Cliffside Park, and Our Lady of the Lake in Sparta.  I was also the Music Director for School of Rock in Wayne where I taught private voice and piano lessons, group rock ensembles, and one-day workshops on many different styles of contemporary music.

If you are interested in lessons or having me perform at your event, please send a message through the contact form here on my website and I will get back to you as soon as possible!  The following video and audio recordings are samples of my work over the years.  If you would like to hear something specific, please feel free to send me a message!
