I recently had the opportunity to start working with individuals on a weekly basis to help them stay organized and accountable to their goals. I've gotten immense personal satisfaction and excitement from seeing the people I work with accomplish goals, finish important projects, and hone their daily routines to find what works for them. While I'm not a therapist or certified coach, I am a creative, outside the box thinker who has tried a lot of different things in order to find the routines and tricks that work for me.

Feeling too overwhelmed and don't know where to start? Our first full call will always be a guided evaluation of three major areas of your life - work, relationships (including family, friends, and partners), and self care. I will take care of making notes throughout our session so you can just word vomit everything that's stressing you out or adding to your plate. Then we'll work together to identify the highest priority areas of change and how to approach it in a way that feels good for you.

Some people like to meet weekly, either at the end or beginning of the week to go over last week's accomplishments and make a plan for the upcoming week. Some prefer to meet every other week or monthly to get some guidance and support for more long term goals and projects. Your preference and the results of the evaluation on our first call will help us determine what the best schedule is for you.

Calls take place virtually over Zoom, Google Meet, or Facetime and generally last 45-60 minutes. I offer a sliding scale of $30-60 per session via Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle and you can decide what's comfortable for you to pay.
